Provided:
Accommodations, fruits, snacks, coffee, caffeinated tea, electric water kettle, UV filtered well water, access to a full kitchen with cooking supplies. Grocery & restaurants 8 minutes down the road in Wimberley, TX.
Bring:
Food for your dinner on Friday night, mat, blocks, strap, any other props.

Friday

Arrival and check in.
6pm - 6:45pm
Yoga for Travelers - Gentle yet challenging practice designed to remove physical pain. Bring your own mat, 2 blocks, props, etc.
7pm - 8:30pm
Group meal, meet and greet, go over itinerary, grounds tour
9pm
Optional Kirtan/Meditation - Kirtan is call and response singing/chanting designed to quiet the monkey mind and open the lotus heart. Bring a comfortable seat, and you may bring percussion instrument you know how to play. Ricky will lead.
Saturday
6am - 8am
Breakfast
Coffee/tea, fruit & snacks provided. Full kitchen with supplies available if you'd like to cook. For best results, practice yoga with empty stomach, bladder and bowels. Do your neti pot before class.
8am - 10am
Healing Vinyasa Yoga All Levels
Short talk followed by purifying hatha vinyasa yoga practice, pranayama, kirtan and meditation/relaxation.
11am - 2pm
Lunch break
We will most likely have a food truck come! Other options: Fruit and snacks or cook your own meal in the retreat kitchen OR drive in to Wimberely for a meal and light shopping!

Private sessions with Ricky Tran
