Hello, greetings, namaste, and alooooha!

I am offering COMPLIMENTARY weekly yoga classes for all levels at Addison Circle Park in 2025. These classes are very big with up to 100 or more participants per class.

I am available for individual or small group private lessons and corporate yoga.

I'm mostly unavailable for privates on weekends.

I will consider out of town travel for workshops and private clients, but it will likely have to be in 2026.

I am also available to teach over Zoom by appointment.

I am in the process of booking and planning my 2026 work schedule.
