YOGA OF ENLIGHTENMENT
​Patanjali Yoga Sutra Book Club

As part of the 2023 Continuing Education Training, we will be covering the original Patanjali Yoga Sutra and learning Sanskrit words and meaning along the way. I'm opening up the Yoga Sutra section for those who want explore the theory of yoga meditation, its practices and results (awakening to one's own Self and liberation from the clutches of suffering).
There is a 20+ hours of Yoga Sutra lecture by Ricky Tran online. Your homework is to watch and read small sections each week and we will meet twice a month on Wednesdays at 7pm - 8:30pm in person OR via Zoom to discuss.

This course will challenge the way you see yourself as well as world inside and around you. It will also be a great springboard to learning Ayurveda.
