Art of Vinyasa
Level 2 Yoga Playshop on Zoom
Wednesday, Feb 15, Mar 1, Mar 15, Mar 29 @ 7pm - 8:30pm CT
Intermediate and seasoned practitioners, join me for a fun filled playful practice and exploration of the precise and intentional art of vinyasa under the parameters of Sri T Krishnamacharya's disciple lineages, such as Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Krama or Viniyoga. If so, then this practice may feel familiar to you. If you've never practiced this form of hatha yoga, you may find that it is equally delightful and challenging for just about anyone at any level.
Expect a good warm up before we explore fun and challenging balancing poses, backbends and inversions. We will explore and play with precise ways of entering and exiting postures under parameters of the vinyasa method. These transitions can be equally fun, challenging, and beautiful.
Expect to work hard and have fun!
The only requirements are the ability to show up and willingness to play and explore. There will be modifications for everyone.
WHAT YOU NEED: yoga mat, towel and your yoga props. I have several blocks, straps, tranbands, wheels, bolsters, blankets, chairs, balls, meditation cushion and a wall. All options are on the table.
We may workshop some things, if needed and you may need blocks, strap and wall space at minimum.
$20 per person. Limited spots available.

For best experience, register at least an hour before class and log in at least 10-15 minutes before to allow time for tech-check and roll-call. It would be very helpful to have a portable tripod if you are using your phone.
You may also mirror your device or connect with hard cable (HDMI or equivalent) to your smart TV or large display. Since we face the front and side of the mat at different parts of practice, I use 2 displays. I have my computer mirrored to a smart TV to the side of my mat. When I’m facing the front of my mat, I am using my laptop and when I turn to the side, I am looking at my smart TV.
I'm bringing my A-game and look forward to seeing you on the mats!
AUM peace peace peace
Shanti out
