This total fall rejuvenation brings together leading yoga instructors from Manhattan and Kripalu (and beyond!) for a powerful weekend of collaboration and community. You’ll revitalize, retreat, and amp up your yoga practice through a variety of invigorating, prana-enhancing yoga styles. Come tune up your practice and raise your energy just in time to keep you warm for the winter.

A diverse team of teachers will take you to the edge of your practice. Along with fellow yogis and yoginis, you will participate in dynamic asana experiences offered in the following styles and traditions:

• An Anusara Yoga® celebration of the heart with Tara Glazier
• Ashtanga Yoga with Ricky Tran
• Kripalu Yoga with Jovinna Chan
• Kundalini Yoga and meditation with Joseph Amanbir Young
• Music Vinyasa Flow with Anna Carbonell
• Prana Vinyasa Flow, the vinyasa style of Shiva Rea, as interpreted by Simon Park, inspired by incredible music, travel, and nature—Simon will be joined by DJ HyFi.
• Yoga nidra with Jennifer Reis.
