My personal experience was utter joy. Ricky is a very down to earth Yogi and when he explains something it just makes sense. When you watch him demonstrate something you thought impossible you can see and understand how it IS possible. There were no tricks only tools no mystical solutions just "right knowledge". Ricky is a hard working yogi whom I have great respect for.
